This cute family had to do nothing more than walk across the street for our sunny Sunday afternoon session. They are our next door neighbors and we had a fun little session in my backyard. Isn't the light dreamy? ( if you are coming for mini sessions this weekend, this is what you have to look forward to!!)
Addie Grace is a tough cookie to crack, but she warmed up for us after some playing in the grass and a little stuffed bunny persuasion!
Enjoy these images, and keep coming back!
This little sweet is Griffin. You remember his adorable mother and her maternity session over
HERE! But let me just prepare you that he is just as adorable as she is. He was the perfect baby too, never cried...not once during the whole 2 hours I was working with him! JOY.
What a cutie!!
You've met my cousin Kassidy here before, but this is her round 2 senior portraits.
Isn't she amazing! I think she might be the easiest person ever to photograph.
Congrats Kass, Graduation is so close and I can't wait to see you walk across that stage!! Love you.
Enjoy friends and come back soon, I've got lots to post this week!

Sweet Izzy. She and her mom stopped by one afternoon (a month ago!!) and we did a quick little set of images. I die. She is so edible!

The further I look in my archives, the more I realize just how behind in posting I am! Yikes!!
Meet baby Lucy! Her mom, dad, my husband, and myself grow up in youth group together and needless to say I was super pumped when Megan called and wanted to do a newborn session for Lucy. They are such a beautiful family and Lucy fits perfectly into that mold. What a wonderful addition to their sweet world.

Big sister Bella was so good and help me with Lucy the whole time. She even danced and sang to make Lucy smile and few times!!

I know this isn't a design blog...or anything close, but is this chair not AWESOME! They are two identical wing-back chairs I had recovered for our new house and they are my prized procession!!
Lucy has been the first and only session so far to use them. I love these images. So bold.

This session is from this past fall. I absolutely love the fall, its my very favorite time of year...specifically for photos. The color of everything outside is so magical and lovely I'm easily distracted by the beauty around me. But this family always keeps my attention!
I love this sweet family of five! The Owens kids are so amazing that we always have a blast and this session was no different. We climbed trees, played in the leaves, and did ballerina twirling. And somewhere in between I got a few images of them too!

Let me introduce sweet Avonlee Grace. Isn't that an awesome name?
Avonlee's mom is a sweet friend from bible study and my next door neighbor! This session was as easy as walking across the street...literally!
We are going to be doing a first year series with Avonlee so be sure and look for her throughout the next year to watch her grow!
Enjoy,
-K

I love baby yawns!!
